Gensol Engineering has informed that the EGM of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, September 15, 2022 at 10:00 AM (IST) through Video Conference/ Other Audio-Visual Means facility. The copy of the EGM Notice is attached. In terms of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013, Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and Regulation 44 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Company shall provide to its members the facility to exercise their votes electronically for transacting the items of business as set out in the Notice convening the EGM of the Company. For the aforesaid purpose the Company has fixed Friday, September 09, 2022 as the cut-off date to determine the entitlement of voting rights of members opting for e-voting. The Company had entered into an arrangement with Link Intime India for facilitating e-voting through their e-voting platform.
