Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for Directors, officers and designated Persons of the Company and others covered under the Regulations from the closure of business hours on 31st March, 2022 and shall open 48 hours after the information becomes generally available after approval of Audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2022.
