Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, Mahanagar Gas has informed that, Government of Maharashtra (GOM) have informed the Company vide letter dated 26th August 2022 regarding withdrawal of GOM, Nominee Director- Baldev Singh from the Board of the company on account of his superannuation as Additional Chief Secretary (Industries), GOM. Accordingly, Baldev Singh has ceased to hold the office of Non- Executive, Non-Independent Director of the company with effect from 26th August, 2022.
