Andhra Paper has informed that electronic copy of Postal Ballot Notice is being sent to all the Shareholders of the Company, whose e-mail ids are registered/available as per the Register of Members/ List of Beneficial Owners as received from the National Securities Depository and Central Depository Services (India), as on cut-off date i.e. Friday, August 26, 2022 seeking their approval for the business as set out in the Notice. A copy of the same is enclosed. The Company has appointed KFin Technologies, Hyderabad for the purpose of providing e-voting facility. The voting period commences on Thursday, September 1, 2022 at 09.00 am (IST) and ends on Friday, September 30, 2022 at 05.00 pm (IST).
