Pursuant to provisions of Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015: The Register of members and share transfer books of the Company shall now remain closed from Saturday, September 17, 2022 to Friday, September 23, 2022 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting of the Company.
