S.E. Power has informed that the 12th Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) of the Members of the Company will be held on Monday, September 26, 2022 at 11:00 am (IST) through Video Conferencing ('VC') /Other Audio-Visual Means (‘OAVM’), in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India. The Company has fixed Monday, September 19, 2022 as the ‘Cut-off Date’ for the purpose of determining the members eligible to vote through remote e-voting on the resolutions set out in the Notice of the AGM or to attend the AGM and cast their vote thereat. Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain close from September 20, 2022 to September 26, 2022 for the purpose of 12th AGM of Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2022. Pursuant to Regulation 34 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Annual Report for the Financial Year 201-22, including the Notice of 12th Annual General Meeting, being sent to the Members through electronic mode, is enclosed and also available on the Company's website at www.sepower.in.
