During this period Shareholders of the Company, holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form, as on the cut-off date Tuesday, the 20th day of September, 2022 may cast their vote electronically. Further, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company remain closed from Wednesday, the 21st day of September, 2022 to Tuesday, the 27th day of September, 2022.
