Further, pursuant to Regulation 34(1) and Regulation 30 and other applicable Regulation of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and any amendments made thereunder, the company has submitted the Annual Report of the Company for the Financial Year 2021-2022 along with the Notice of Annual General Meeting of the Company.
