Adani Transmission’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Adani Transmission Step-Two has incorporated wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) in the name of ‘Adani Transmission Mahan (ATML)’ with an initial authorized and paid-up capital of Rs 1 lakh each. The WOS will carry the business of transmission, distribution and supply of power and other infrastructure services relating thereto. ATML will commence its business operations in due course.

Adani Transmission is a holding company. The company operates as a power transmission company. It is engaged in transmission of electric energy and trading of castor oil.
