Further, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall further remain closed from Saturday, 1st October, 2022 and until 3 days from the conclusion of Board Meeting which will be held for the consideration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th September, 2022.
