Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences has acquired 51% stake in Spanv Medisearch Lifescience (Kingsway Hospitals) and the shares of the Kingsway Hospitals were credited in the Demat A/c of the Company. Earlier, the company had entered into a definitive agreement to acquire a majority stake in Spanv Medisearch Lifescience.
