Adani Transmission hits new 52-week high on incorporating wholly owned subsidiary

Adani Transmission is currently trading at Rs. 4016.00, up by 10.10 points or 0.17% from its previous closing of Rs. 4005.85 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 4006.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 4074.00 and Rs. 3973.00 respectively. So far 9626 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 4,074.00 on 13-Sep-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1474.00 on 29-Sep-2021.

Adani Transmission has incorporated its wholly owned subsidiary in the name of Adani Electricity Jewar (AEJL) on September 12, 2022 with an initial authorised and paid up capital of Rs 1 lakh each to, inter alia, carry on the business of transmission, distribution and supply of power and other infrastructure services relating thereto. AEJL will commence its business operations in due course.

Adani Transmission is a holding company. The company operates as a power transmission company. It is engaged in transmission of electric energy and trading of castor oil.
