Rallis India, a leading player in the Indian crop protection industry, is aiming to increase stake in Zero Waste Agro Organics to 51% by 2013-14. Further, the company during the third quarter acquired 22.81% stake in the same company.
Meanwhile, the company has acquired additional shares in Metahelix Life Sciences (Metahelix) during the December quarter, increasing its shareholding to 77.02% as on December 31, 2012, from 75.64%.
