Lumax Industries has acquired 100% equity stake (Ownership interest) in a Czech Republic based Company, named ‘Damberty Real s.r.o’ whose name has been changed to ‘Lumax Industries Czech s.r.o’. Now, Lumax Industries Czech s.r.o became Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the company. The objects of acquisition is providing/receiving services related to design and development of new technologies for automotive lighting systems for the existing and new customers of company in Indian and overseas markets and also for support in setting up of new facilities by company in India.
Lumax Industries is a market leader in the Indian Automobile Lighting Business.
