Tata Metaliks, Tata Power and MTAR Technologies to see some action today

Tata Metaliks has inaugurated Phase-I of expansion project of Ductile Iron (DI) Pipe plant at Kharagpur in West Bengal. This Rs 600 crore expansion project will take company’s Ductile Iron Pipe plant capacity to over 4 lakh tonnes per annum in two phases. The new plant is one of the most advanced DI Pipe plants with high levels of automation & robotics to make the operations safe and efficient. This new plant will help the company expand its product range and enhance its presence in the fast-growing water infrastructure space that is witnessing a major thrust by the Govt of India through its Jal Jeevan Mission scheme.

Tata Power Company’s subsidiary -- Tata Power Solar Systems (TPSSL) has received the 'Letter of Award' (LoA) of Rs 612 crore for setting up a 100 MW ground mounted solar project for SJVN. SJVN is an Indian public sector undertaking having business interests in hydro, thermal, solar, wind and in Power Transmission and Power Trading. It is a joint venture between the Government of India and the Government of Himachal Pradesh.

MTAR Technologies has secured orders worth Rs 540 crore in clean energy segment including civil nuclear power. The company is looking forward to strengthen the clean energy vertical further to power a safer future.

Swan Energy has acquired 100% equity shares of one of its group companies, i.e., Swan Mills (SML). Consequently, SML has become Wholly-Owned Subsidiary of the Company with effect from September 15, 2022. The acqusition is done to facilitate a support to the company in its Textile Division.

Trigyn Technologies’ wholly owned subsidiary - Trigyn Technologies, Inc., has been awarded an Enterprise Task Order Agreement for Citywide Systems Integration Services (SI), Class I, by the City of New York (City), Department of Information Technology & Telecommunications (DoITT). The award is for a potential duration of six years, commencing on January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2029, an initial three year term with one, three year extension at the discretion of the City.

Indo Borax & Chemicals is planning to install a new plant at existing plant location at Pithampur for manufacturing of Boric Acid derivatives and related products. The project will be funded by internal accruals.

HDC Bulk Terminal (HBTL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone (APSEZ), India's largest integrated transport utility and part of the Adani Group, has signed the Concession Agreement with Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port, Kolkata (SMPK) for mechanization of Berth no. 2 at Haldia Port. This is in continuation to the selection of APSEZ as a successful bidder by SMPK earlier in February.
