Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company by its Designated Persons/employees and their immediate relatives and Insiders/connected persons, is closed from 14th September 2022 and will open after 48 hours of the declaration of the Revised Audited Financial Results for the period ended 31st March, 2022.
