The Board has accepted his resignation & Appointment of Khushbu Prakashbhai Patel (Membership No.: A65182) as Company Secretary and Compliance Office of the Company with effect from 19th September, 2022, under Section 203 of Companies Act, 2013 and under Regulation 6 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Regulation 9(3) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
