Desh Rakshak Aushdhalaya has informed that Swapnla Gupta (DIN:08213774), vide her resignation letter dated 19th September, 2022 has tendered her resignation from the post of Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company with immediate effect. The Board of Directors of the Company noted her communication and appreciates the services rendered by her during her tenure. The resignation letter with reason as indicated is enclosed as Annexure A. Swapnla Gupta in her letter has also confirmed that there are no other material reasons for her resignation other than those mentioned in the resignation letter. The requisite disclosure as required as per the requirement of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III, Para A, Clause (7B) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is given as Annexure B.
