Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Huhtamaki India has informed that the shareholders have reported to the Company through its Registrar & Share Transfer Agent (TSR Consultants) about loss of Share Certificate and requested for issue of Duplicate Share Certificate in lieu thereof.
