HDFC Bank has entered into a multi-year data and technology agreement with Refinitiv, a London Stock Exchange Group business, as HDFC Bank looks to reach more customers and cut costs. HDFC Bank will get comprehensive access to Refinitiv's data and products under the agreement, enabling cost savings across several bank divisions.

Mindtree has launched Construction 360, a comprehensive, integrated cloud-based Salesforce solution designed to enable construction companies to streamline processes and increase productivity. Ashoka Buildcon has received Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from South Western Railway (SWR) for the Project viz. ‘Construction of New BG Line Between Chainage 192.000 and Chainage 171.640 including Electrical & Telecommunication Works Between Tolahunse (Ex.) & Bharmasagar (Ex.) Stations on Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) Mode’ (Project). The accepted bid project cost for the project is Rs 258.12 crore. The completion period is 24 months from the date of appointed date.

Venus Pipes & Tubes, leading manufacturer of stainless pipes and tubes, has approved a capacity expansion of Rs 50 crore for bigger diameter Tube Mill to manufacture stainless steel welded pipes. This new line will increase the existing welded pipes range to maximum 20 inch (508mm) diameter and thickness up to SCH80s with a capacity by 700 mt per month. The project will be funded through a mix of Debt (Term loan) & internal accruals and commercial production is expected to start by Q1 FY24.

Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Sterling and Wilson International Solar FZCO (SWFZCO) has invested in 10,000 fully paid Equity shares of Euro 1 each of Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Spain S.L. (SWRE Spain) representing 100% of shareholding in SWRE Spain on September 20, 2022, consequent to which SWRE Spain has now been capitalized as a wholly owned subsidiary of SWFZCO.

Gujarat Alkalies and Chemicals has successfully commissioned expansion of Caustic Soda Plant at Dahej Complex and started production of Caustic Soda on September 20, 2022 from newly installed facility.

Federal Bank, one of India's leading Private Sector Banks, has tied up with BBPS to facilitate Utility Bill Payment services for Non-resident Indian Diaspora. This arrangement enables overseas remittance partners (Exchange Houses and Banks) to pay Indian utility bills of over 20,000 billers in more than 20 categories in a cost effective and convenient option.
