Pursuant to Reg. 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Schedule III - Part A (D), IRB Infrastructure Developers has informed that Solapur Yedeshi Tollway (SYTL), subsidiary of IRB Infrastructure Trust, sponsored by IRB Infrastructure Developers, on September 21, 2022, has allotted INR denominated senior, secured, redeemable, listed, rated, non-convertible debentures aggregating to Rs 391 Crores (Tranche 1) on a private placement basis to eligible investors. For this purpose, SYTL has executed the debenture trust deed and other transaction documents.
