The date of meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending on September 30, 2022 will be informed in due course. Accordingly, all Connected Persons/Designated Persons/Directors/Promoters are advised not to trade in the shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
