Link Pharma Chem has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 01st October, 2022 in terms of provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives. The Trading window shall remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ending 30th September, 2022. The date of the Board Meeting at which the said results will be considered shall be intimated in due course of time.
