Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended Sunshield Chemicals has informed that the ‘Trading Window’ (period to deal in the Company's shares) shall remain closed from 1st October 2022 till 48 hours after the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half-year ended 30th September 2022 are approved by the Board of Directors and filed with Stock Exchange. The date of proposed Board Meeting to approve unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half-year ended 30th September 2022 will be informed in due course. Accordingly, all Directors/Connected Persons/Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
