Pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders, Kamdhenu has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company, shall remain closed for Promoters & Promoter Group, Directors, KMPs and Designated Persons etc. from 1st October, 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the 2nd quarter and half year ending on 30th September, 2022. Accordingly, all the Promoters & Promoter Group, Directors, KMPs and Designated Persons etc. have been informed not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. The details of the date of Board Meeting to approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ending on 30th September, 2022 shall be intimated to the Stock Exchanges in due course.
