ICRA has informed that the board of directors of ICRA (the Company) at its meeting on January 25, 2013 accepted the resignation of Dhruba Narayan Ghosh as chairman and director (independent) of the company with effect from February 01, 2013. Dhruba Narayan Ghosh will now become chairman emeritus of the company.
The Board also approved the elevation of Pranab Kumar Choudhury as Chairman & Group CEO (whole-time director) of the company with effect from February 01, 2013.
