With reference to the Company’s code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report the insider trading by Designated Persons and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, Ganga Papers India has informed that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will close for all the Designated Persons and their relatives with effect from 1st October, 2022 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Half Year ended 30th September, 2022. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration of unaudited financial results would be intimated in due course.
