SVP Global Textiles has informed that as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended time to time read with BSE circular no LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April 2019 & Company’s internal Code of Conduct framed thereunder, the window for trading in the share of Company shall remain closed from Saturday 01st October, 2022 till completion of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th September, 2022 for all designated persons (as defined in the code) of the Company. All the Promoter and Promoter group, Directors, KMP’s, Designated Persons/Employees, connected persons, fiduciary and their relatives are advised not to deal in the shares of the company either directly or indirectly during the aforesaid period. The details of the date of Board Meeting for approval of Unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2022 shall be informed in due course.
