Shree Rama Newsprint has informed that 'Trading Window' for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from 1st October, 2022 and the same will remain closed till expiry of 48 hours after public announcement of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2022 (both days inclusive). Accordingly, all designated persons and their immediate relatives of the Company have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the above mentioned period of closure of window.
