Urja Global has informed that in terms of Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons ('Code of Conduct') framed in accordance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, the Trading Window for dealing in the Shares of the Company, shall remain closed with effect from Saturday, 1st October, 2022 till the end of 48 hours after the announcement/declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for half year ended 30th September, 2022. Accordingly, all connected persons/Designated persons/insiders, including but not limited to the persons specified in the Code of Conduct are advised not to trade in the Shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of trading window closure. The aforesaid intimation shall also be made available on the website of the Company at www.urjaglobal.in.
