Steel Strips Wheels (SSWL) has achieved net turnover of Rs 359.78 crore in September 2022 as compared to Rs 301.21 crore in September 2021, recording a growth of 19.45% and achieved gross turnover of Rs 455.42 crore in September 2022 against Rs 354.86 crore in September 2021, there by recording a growth of 25.43%. However, the company’s exports declined 76% in September 2022 on year-on-year basis.
SSWL is engaged in the manufacturing of single piece steel wheel rims for scooters, passenger cars, utility vehicles and tractors. It supplies rims to almost all major manufacturers of two wheelers, three wheelers, four wheelers, tractors and heavy commercial vehicle.
