D B Realty is all set to acquire entire equity shares of Spacecon Realty (Spacecon), a subsidiary company in which the Company/ its nominee already hold 74% stake. Post-acquisition of the shares by the company, Spacecon shall be a wholly owned subsidiary. The inductive time period for completion of acquisition is October 10, 2022.
