Shriram City Union Finance has raised Rs 150 crore through the allotment of Senior Secured Rated Listed Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs 10 lakh each aggregating upto 1500 NCDs on private placement basis. The Banking and Securities Management Committee of the Company in its meeting held on October 7, 2022 has approved and allotted the same.
