B.C. Power Controls has informed that pursuant to the regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and referring to the earlier intimations as outcome of Board Meeting dated 29th August 2022 and 14th AGM voting results dated 30th September 2022, containing the information about alteration in Memorandum of Association of the Company by way of increase in Authorised Share Capital from Rs 14,00,00,000 to Rs 15,00,00,000 divided into 7,50,00,000 equity shares of Rs 02 each, the company informed that the said alteration has been now approved by the Registrar of Companies and become effective. Therefore, now the Company is submitting a copy of Altered Memorandum of Association of the Company.
