Anka India has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement on October 11, 2022 to acquire the 100% of the share capital of the Legend SRS Cinemas (LSC), subject to the terms outlined in the agreement. The said investment will provide the Company huge exposure in taking its core business of entertainment and film production going forward. LSC is engaged in the business of development and operation of Entertainment Hubs, Food Lounges, Bowling Alleys, Multiplexes.
