Cyient reports 35% fall in Q2 consolidated net profit

Cyient has reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2022.

The company has reported a fall of 42.19% in its net profit at Rs 48.50 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 83.90 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 19.14% at Rs 531.00 crore for Q2FY23 as compared Rs 445.70 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported fall of 34.79% in its net profit at Rs 79.10 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 121.30 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 25.69% at Rs 1415.90 crore for Q2FY23 as compared Rs 1126.50 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
