First Fintec informs about non-applicability of Regulation

As per Regulation 23(9) - latest amendments - disclosures of related party transactions are required to be made on consolidated basis in the format specified in the relevant accounting standards for annual results to the stock exchanges and publish the same on its website, First Fintec has informed that disclosure is not applicable to our company as its company doesn't have any related party transactions on standalone basis and our company's financials are on standalone basis only and the company is not having any holding or subsidiary or joint venture or any related party transactions. Hence the Company is not required to submit the Related Party Transaction disclosures as required under regulation 23(9) of SEBI (LODR), Regulations, 2015.
