Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Listing Regulations, Century Enka has informed the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, 21st October 2022, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September 2022. Further, as intimated earlier through its communication dated 26th September 2022, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed for all Connected/Designated person from 1st October 2022 and shall remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results i.e., up to 23rd October 2022.
