Further to its letters dated October 12, 2022 and October 15, 2022, CESC has informed that the Committee of the Board at its meeting held today, has approved the allotment of 2,000 unlisted, secured, redeemable, rated and non-convertible debentures having face value of Rs 10 lakh each aggregating to Rs 200 crore, on a private placement basis, to Axis Bank having its registered office at ‘Trishul’ - 3rd Floor Opp. Samartheswar temple, Near Law Garden, Ellisbridge, Ahmedabad -380006.
