Ravindra Energy has entered into various agreements to develop ground mounted, grid connected solar (photovoltaic) power generation facilities at the Project Site situated at Kumbhari Village, District Sholapur, State Maharashtra, through its Subsidiary Companies, with an aggregate capacity of 10.25 MWp and accordingly make investment in the equity shares of the subsidiaries to the tune of Rs 10.18 crore required for the development of the said projects.
