Further, in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Bank of India Directors' and Employees' Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window which was closed from Friday, 30.09.2022 (intimated vide its letter dated 28th September, 2022) shall open after 48 hours of declaration of Result in view of the aforesaid Board Meeting.
