Aster DM Healthcare inks pact to acquire remaining stake in Sri Sainatha

Aster DM Healthcare has entered into share purchase agreement with promoters and their relatives of Sri Sainatha Multispeciality Hospitals (Sri Sainatha) on October 19, 2022 to acquire remaining 22.69% class B equity shares in Sri Sainatha. Consequent to the said acquisition, Sri Sainatha shall become wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

Sri Sainatha is a subsidiary where the Company is currently holding 77.31% Class B equity shares. None of the promoters/ promoter group/ group companies have interest in this transaction.

Aster DM Healthcare operates as a healthcare company in the Middle East, India, and the Far East. It operates hospitals and clinics, pharmacies, diagnostic centers, educational institutions, and healthcare management and healthcare support systems.
