Central Bank of India reports 70% rise in Q2 consolidated net profit

Central Bank of India has reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2022.

The bank has reported rise of 27.26% in its net profit at Rs 318.17 crore for Q2FY23 as compared to Rs 250.02 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year. Total income of the bank increased by 8.24% to Rs 7064.96 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 6527.12 crore for the same quarter in the previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the bank has reported rise of 70.04% in its net profit at Rs 341.41 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 200.78 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the bank increased by 8.26% to Rs 7093.08 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 6551.68 crore for the same quarter in the previous year.
