Borosil Renewables’ overseas wholly owned subsidiaries--- Geosphere Glassworks GmbH and Laxman AG, have completed the acquisition of 86% stake in GMB Glasmanufaktur Brandenburg GmbH (GMB) and Interfloat Corporation (Interfloat), respectively. Consequently, both GMB and Interfloat have become step-down subsidiary companies of the Company with effect from October 21, 2022.
Borosil Renewables is engaged in the manufacturing of low-iron-textured solar glass for applications in photovoltaic panels, flat-plate collectors, and greenhouses and is the first and only solar glass manufacturer in India.
