Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Toyam Industries has informed that the Company has received a fresh 'Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name' dated October 21, 2022 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai (copy enclosed). The name of the Company stands changed from 'Toyam Industries Limited' to 'Toyam Sports Limited' with effect from October 21, 2022. The Company is filing the required documents in respect of the change of name to Stock Exchanges separately. Due to above name change, there will be no change in the legal status of the Company as such and the Corporate Identification number and other legal identities of the Company will remain unchanged.
