As informed earlier through its letter dated 30th September 2022, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company is already closed for all designated persons, their immediate relatives, other connected persons and shall remain closed till the conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2022.
