Interactive Financial Services has informed that on October 27, 2022, the exchange had approved application for Re-classification of persons from Promoter Category to Public Category in accordance with Regulation 31A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Apparently from the said date enclosed persons has got reclassified from ‘Promoter’ to ‘Public’ category. The Company has enclosed the approval Letter received from BSE.
