Dena Bank edges lower on reporting mere 11% growth in Q3 net profit

Dena Bank is currently trading at Rs. 111.75, down by 0.70 points or 0.62% from its previous closing of Rs 112.45 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs 113.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs 113.25 and Rs 109.50 respectively. So far 848906 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs 128.00 on 07-Jan-2013 and a 52 week low of Rs 65.90 on 31-Jan-2012.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 118.60 and Rs 109.15 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs 3862.90 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 55.24% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 27.78% and 16.98% respectively.

The bank has registered 10.58% growth in net profit for third quarter ended December 31, 2012 at Rs 206.44 crore for the as compared to Rs 186.68 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2011.  Bank’s total Income has increased by 33.05% to Rs 2408.42 crore for the quarter ended under review from Rs 1810.21 crore for the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
