Ujjivan Financial Services has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, November 11, 2022 to consider and approve, the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2022. Pursuant to the above and in accordance with the ‘Ujjivan Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading’, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company by its designated persons has already been closed from October 01, 2022 and will open 48 hours after the announcement / declaration of the aforesaid financial results on November 11, 2022. This intimation is in compliance with the requirement of Regulation 29 and other applicable requirements of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015. Ujjivan Small Finance Bank (USFB) is a material listed subsidiary of our Company ‘Ujjivan Financial Services (UFSL / Company) and is the only operating company within the group. UFSL will not be holding a separate conference call with analysts and investors. USFB is declaring its results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2022 on Monday, November 07, 2022 and has scheduled its analyst / investor conference call on Monday, November 07, 2022 at 5:00 PM IST for discussing its financial performance for the said period. It has requested investors and analysts to take note of the same and may feel free to join the conference call of USFB. However, the analyst/ investor conference call proposed to be held by UFSB will be based on USFB’s standalone financial statements prepared in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013 and Indian GAAP, whereas our Company will be preparing its financial statements in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013 and Ind AS. This intimation shall also be available on the Ujjivan website at www.ujjivan.com
