National Highways Infra Trust has informed that pursuant to the Concession Agreement(s) dated 26th September, 2022 entered into between National Highways Authority of India ('NHAI') and National Highways Infra Projects ('Concessionaire') for tolling, operation, maintenance and transfer of the following three projects/ roads (together 'R2 roads'): Agra bypass section connecting NH-19 (old NH-2) to NH-44(old NH-3) in the state of Uttar Pradesh ('Agra Bypass'); Shivpuri - Jhansi section Km 1305.000 to Km 1380.387 of NH-27 in the state of Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh ('Shivpuri Jhansi'); and Borkhedi-Kelapur-Maharashtra/Telangana border on NH-44 (old NH-7) in the state of Maharashtra ('Borkhedi - Wadner - Deodhari - Kelapur-Telangana State Border') NHAI has confirmed 29th October,2022 [at 00:00 hrs (midnight 28th / 29th October, 2022)] as the Appointed Date (as defined in respective Concession Agreements).
